Our School Search Process: Finding the Perfect Educational Fit
1. Family Consultation & Needs Assessment
We meet with the relocating family to understand their children's ages, current curriculum (IB, British, American, French, etc.), language abilities, special educational needs, extracurricular interests, and family preferences regarding school environment and values. We also discuss budget parameters with your HR team.

2. School Research & Recommendations
Based on the family profile, we identify 3-5 suitable schools from our network of international, bilingual, and local institutions. We provide detailed information on each option: curriculum, language of instruction, facilities, extracurricular programs, admission requirements, fees, availability, and location relative to home and workplace.

3. School Visits & Tours
We organize and accompany families to visit shortlisted schools, facilitating meetings with admissions staff and sometimes principals or teachers. We help families ask the right questions and provide context based on our knowledge of each institution. For families still abroad, we can conduct preliminary visits and provide comprehensive video tours.

4. Application Support
Once the family has made their choice, we assist with the complete application process: preparing required documents, completing application forms, coordinating entrance assessments or interviews, and following up with admissions offices. We understand each school's specific requirements and timelines.

5. Enrollment & Registration
After acceptance, we guide families through the enrollment process, including registration paperwork, fee payment procedures, uniform arrangements, transportation options (school bus routes), and understanding school calendars and communication systems.
